One Time Donation

How are we funded?
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our only funding is from public donations, private fundraisers, and grants when possible.  Generous donations from animal lovers like you are the only way we can continue to save the lives of abused, abandoned or neglected animals in Richland County.
What we DON’T receive...
-We DON’T receive tax dollars from any federal, state, or local entity.
-We DON’T receive any money from dog licenses- all profits go to the Dog Warden
-We DON’T receive monthly support form the Humane Society of the United States.

We are not associated with them and are not a subsidiary.  Your donations to them are not passed onto us.
How can the community help?
We accept cash, credit, and check donations.  We have a list of things that the shelter always needs (such as bleach, floor cleaner, dog and cat food).  We are registered with the Kroger Community Rewards Program.  We always are accepting new volunteers to help out at the shelter and events!

We are working to improve our facility and our ability to become financially stable and more independent from donations.
